Terms and Conditions

General

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable with, for any reason.

Payment

A minimum of 50% of the total payment must be made upfront before I begin work on your commission. The remaining balance must be paid before the final product is delivered.Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
I am unable to complete the commission due to an emergency.
You request a refund before I have started working on the commission.
No refunds will be issued once I have started the commission unless I choose to cancel it.

Work-in-Progress (WIP) Previews

I will provide up to two (2) work-in-progress previews during the commission process for feedback and approval.
WIP previews are intended for general feedback, not for extensive revisions.

Revisions

You are entitled to three (3) free revisions during the draft phase.
Additional revisions beyond the initial three may incur an extra fee, depending on the scope of the changes.
Major revisions after the final version has been delivered may require additional fees.

Deadlines and Delivery

My usual turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and other factors.
If you have a specific deadline, you must specify it in the request form.
Rush commissions (shorter than the usual turnaround) may be subject to an additional fee.
The final product will be delivered digitally in MP3 and/or WAV format.

Use

You may not modify or edit the commissioned music in any way without my explicit permission.
The commissioned work may not be used for machine learning, AI training, or related purposes.
If you share or repost the music publicly (e.g., on social media or in videos), you must give proper credit to me as the composer.
I retain the right to post the commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you require the work to remain private and unpublished, a confidentiality fee may apply.

Commercial vs. Non-Commercial Use

By default, commissions are for personal use only. This includes personal projects, student work, and non-monetized content.
If you intend to use the commissioned work in a commercial project (e.g., games, monetized videos, advertisements), additional fees for commercial rights will apply.
Please inform me during the request process if you require commercial use rights.

Intellectual Property

I, the composer, retain full rights and ownership of the music I create for you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the work for purposes of training AI technologies to generate music in a similar style or genre without my express permission.
You may not sublicense the work to any third party for these or related purposes.

Cancellation and Termination fee

If the client cancels the commission after I’ve started work, a cancellation fee will apply based on the amount of work completed.
The minimum cancellation fee is 50% of the total commission price, depending on the stage of progress.

Behavior Clause

I expect clear, respectful communication throughout the process.
I reserve the right to terminate the commission without a refund if the client exhibits rude, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Communication

All communication must be conducted through direct messages (DMs) on my social media accounts (e.g., Bluesky, X/Twitter) or through Discord.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate and you are available for feedback during the commission process.

1 minute - 2 minutes loopable music

Package Three

3 minutes +
$120

Package 4

5 minutes +
